Stay informed about the upcoming scheduled maintenance for the Rapid4Cloud platform. Accessible for job submissions, but support services will not be available during the maintenance period. Plan ahead and reach out for assistance if needed.


Dear Customer,
 
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you about scheduled maintenance on our systems for the upcoming weekends.
 
Maintenance Schedule:
Saturday, February 24th to Sunday, February 25th
Saturday, March 2nd to Sunday, March 3rd
 
During these maintenance windows, our systems will still be accessible for job submissions. However, please note that support services will not be available until the following Monday, February 26th and March 4th, respectively.
 
In the event of any issues or emergencies, we advise you to plan accordingly and take necessary precautions. If anyone is planning production or critical tasks during these dates, please reach out to us in advance so that we can provide necessary assistance or make suitable arrangements.
 
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during these maintenance periods.
