RAPIDTest V2 is designed around a structured model—Suites, Scenarios, and Steps—to make regression coverage easy to create, customize, share, and execute. Teams start with Rapid4Cloud’s standard testing suites or tailor them to match their own processes by adding, editing, moving, or removing scenarios and steps.
Discovery Mode: faster setup, less maintenance
A key capability of RAPIDTest V2 is Discovery Mode, which helps teams get started quickly. On an initial run—when no data file or custom script is provided—RAPIDTest V2 executes the selected suite and generates a reusable spreadsheet “data blueprint” representing the objects and values used to complete each step. Teams adjust values and rerun consistently, reducing the manual effort typically required to maintain automation through quarterly updates and UI shifts.
