UPGRADE ASSESSMENT.
We’ve developed an automated solution that extracts your Oracle Setups, maps them into an Oracle ERP Cloud format and generates 8 useful reports for your Upgrade Assessment:
- Converted setups for the selected operating units
- Converted setups that are not immediately needed to complete the configuration, but may be required by the business transactions
- Setups that cannot be loaded to Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion due to customizations
- Obsolete setups
- New mandatory functionalities with no existing Oracle EBS equivalent
- Mapping of Oracle EBS screens/fields to Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion screens/fields
- Drill down mapping
- All other setups not migrated (not in the scope or not able to be mapped)

FAST AVAILABILITY.
Rapid4Cloud automatically loads your Setups to your new Oracle Fusion ERP instance.
Your new ERP Test instance is made available very quickly. You will be able to see the Standard Business Practices and Flows with your own Oracle EBS Setups in a matter of days!
Once you have completed UAT/SIT, then using the Rapid4Cloud tools you can simply move your solution through to UAT and on to Production. What normally takes weeks and months for consultants to complete can be done in days.

Our automated software will extract your Oracle EBS R11 or R12 Setups, Master Data and Open Transactions directly from your EBS instance. The mapping of your Oracle Setups to the new Oracle Fusion ERP application is handled by our AI, and it quickly generates you setups ready to be loaded into the Cloud.

Customisations
Oracle Fusion has richer functionality than E-Business Suite and it may be possible to eliminate many of your customization in favour of the out of the box modern best practises. The Rapid4Cloud Upgrade reports provide a discussion forum with your Business team to evaluate and challenge your existing E-Business Suite customizations, and the value/needs for them once you have moved to Oracle Fusion ERP.
