As the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Rapid4Cloud, Philip is the original visionary behind the platform — built to remove manual effort, reduce delivery risk, and bring intelligent automation to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.

From his early career as an application designer, developer, and database administrator to leading Rapid4Cloud as CEO for over 30 years, Philip has helped shape automation solutions used by Oracle customers, partners, and enterprise teams around the world.

Today, as Chairman of the Board and CTO, Philip continues to guide Rapid4Cloud’s technology strategy, product innovation, and long-term vision for smarter Oracle Fusion Cloud delivery.
