Role overview:

Your role will be to work with our customers project teams, internal and external, to advise and guide them on how to apply Rapid4Cloud in their projects.

You will be involved throughout the customers project lifecycle, from training them to use Rapid4Cloud initially right through to supporting them during their final production build and go-live.

You will also have a key role in the development of our software.  Naturally, we constantly are improving our software:

• Adding new modules
• Increasing the scope of existing modules
• Adding new functionality
• Dealing with quarterly releases
• Technology stack improvements
• AI and software intelligence improvements
• Constantly striving for human free operation of our software

You will help to advise Development, test the enhancements and introduce them to customers.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing Oracle Fusion ERP or HCM – enough years of experience that you know not only how to configure something but every which way to configure it and why
• To be an expert in the functional modules you are familiar with
• To have excellent problem solving abilities
• To be able to work remotely
• To get involved in demonstrations and presentations
• To be able to cope with work that is non-routine and complex
• Confident and capable interaction with decision makers in IT Management, Development, Technical and Consulting.
• Team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills.

Some domestic and international travel may be needed as required.
